The Polish School of Programming the CNC Machines " Well Done Technical Center "( Dobra Robota Technical Center ) ( www.WellDoneChicago.com ) was established in January 2006 (first graduates left our school in May 2006). The setting of the school is "Melrose Mold & Machining" ( Franklin Park . IL). A part of the production facility was assigned to the school, where the CNC machines and a computer stations were set up.  A new formula for teaching courses in realistic production settings allows students to overcome their fear of advanced technology and the high demands of American industry.  We are as close to industry as possible...the school teaches a vocation from the basic level, helps operators of traditional manual machines  to update their skills  to numerically controlled machines, as well as offering advanced study courses that increase their professional qualifications.  (Mastercam 3D, multi axial machine).

After completing the course in industrial training at the Melrose Mold & Machining facility the graduates find jobs in businesses friendly with the school. Instructors, Polish engineers with several years of training in the USA , conduct classes in Polish, using English vocational terminology. English and Polish textbooks are used; the library has the most recent technical publication

The first six graduates of the course Setting Up, Operation and Programming CNC Machines already have found jobs. Graduates of the course Mastercam 2D are starting the course Mastercam 3D.  All who completed training at the school may continually use the machine tools, computer center and school library, free of charge.

Janusz Labedz is a mechanical engineer with over 15 years experience as a machine tool designer, CNC programmer, manufacturing manager and College instructor. He is a founder and president of the Well Done Technical Center dedicated to training and advising manufacturing personnel on latest developments of CNC and CAD/CAM technology. Engineer Labedz received his BS and MS from Cracow University of Technology. He is a member of the Polish American Engineers Association in Chicago and Society of Manufacturing Engineers.
